you can do if yourself for free…. OK it's already been 3 years so they will work with you because they already feel they are not going to get paid since it's been so long……call the company and ask them if they are willing to reduce the amount or make payment arrangements that you can afford

Yes if you only have one you can do it yourself or pay someone. Do your research because there are many shady firms out there.
